Attorney Leary is a dedicated, assertive, and knowledgeable attorney. Her experience includes acting as first chair and lead attorney in all areas of domestic relations, including but not limited to divorce, custody, out of wedlock matters, child support and alimony, contempt issues, restraining orders, petitions to partition, de facto parent matters, and equity matters. Attorney Leary also handles cases ranging from contested high asset divorces and complex custody disputes to uncontested amicable matters resolved without extensive litigation and – when appropriate – also utilizes alternate dispute resolutions, such as mediation and conciliation.
